We want you to love your FlexSculpt Pro. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused where reasonably possible, and in original packaging when available.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- The 30-day period starts from the date your order is marked as delivered.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at ginadastolto1946@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This is separate from, and does not limit, our 30-day guarantee above.
